Recovery Support

Each county in Pennsylvania provides access to peer support, often from a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS).

Peers are individuals with lived experience in their substance use recovery who can provide support with or without treatment.

If you are unsure whether you need treatment or choose not to pursue treatment, you can talk to a peer specialist who can share options and introduce you to other recovery supports.

Groups like NA (Narcotics Anonymous) or online resources like SMART Recovery can be a helpful way to learn about and meet other people in (or seeking) recovery.
