Were you recently incarcerated and are returning to the community?
Support is available. You'll get resources for mental health, substance use, and recovery support. Women recently released after incarceration will get a backpack of supplies for their families.
Who can participate?
People returning to the community after incarceration are welcome—there is no time limit. We also welcome family members and professionals who want to support successful reentry and help returning citizens thrive.
