National Rural Health Day

National Rural Health Day (NRHD) is an annual celebration held on the third Thursday of November to honor the dedication of rural healthcare providers, communities, and organizations in addressing the unique health challenges of rural America. 

Since its founding in 2011 by the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health (NOSORH), NRHD has become a platform to spotlight the resilience, innovation, and collaboration that define rural health.
